Overview
For the 2024 FinTech Taipei Expo, our team designed an experience where participants explored financial scenarios with the help of Dr. Hokii, an AI guide.
I was responsible for UIUX design and user flow planning, ensuring participants of all ages could easily interact with advanced AI features.
This project demonstrated how AI-powered personalization could reshape perceptions of financial services—making them approachable, fun, and future-forward.

Background
Financial products are often perceived as abstract and difficult to connect with. Taiwan Business Bank wanted to use AI to reframe finance as engaging and human-centered. By blending gamified exploration with intelligent recommendations, the installation positioned the bank as a leader in innovation.

Key Learnings
I learned how to bridge advanced technology and human experience by leveraging AI tools during early ideation—such as core concept framing and quiz logic design—to expand creative possibilities and accelerate prototyping, while also balancing innovation with accessibility so a wide audience could engage with financial technology.
